Water is life. #Israel knows how important it is to have available water resources. This was top of my discussions with Rwanda Water Resources Board | RWB DG, Emmanuel RUKUNDO, PhD. We also elaborated on potential areas of collaboration in the fields of water and sanitation between our two countries.
