Just finished my 1st full week of redeployment on ICU University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS FT I have a new found respect for ICU nurses, the skills they possess are immense 🙌 The feeling of togetherness on there is incredible. Have felt privileged to be welcomed as part of the ICU family #AllInThisTogether
