We created a mentoring program at Gender Equity Initiative in Global Surgery for global surgery trainees: 🌍 41 countries, 35 were low and middle-income ♀️ 80% women 🚫55% had no access to mentorship Because of a lack of mentors, we could only match 48/193 ppl ⚠️Demand > Supply! 🔗bit.ly/4888LzC
