The #IrishHeritageTrust 10-year strategy was launched today by Minister Malcolm Noonan in the historic rooms of 11 Parnell Square, one of the square’s largest and oldest houses dating to c.1753. Major plans are afoot to conserve this eclectic pile to host cultural heritage bodies
