P5@ Strathmore PS used their Emotion Works knowledge to identify different emotions Mike from MonstersInc was feeling when showing off his new car and put them on a rollercoaster just like how Mike was feeling. @PixarShortMikesNewCar

P6 have been using ‘Flat Life’, a short cartoon, to identify different emotion words. We then used a thesaurus to upskill our vocabulary. 🟠 Next steps: To look at why the characters were feeling these emotions (yellow cog) 🟡. Emotion Works

P6 have been learning about the yellow cog🟡. We watched ‘Flat Life’ and identified triggers and glimmers. We then identified our own and recorded them using a volcano and a sunshine. Next step: To link our triggers to our body sensations (red cog)🔴. Emotion Works
