Friendly reminder that peak performance is expensive and not "the healthiest" The goal as a practitioner should be maximize the athlete's potential & minimize the risks off the field. A NASCAR gets more time under the hood each week than a minivan in its lifetime.

This has been my hot take for years. Lower strength/bw athletes perform single set to failure. Stronger athletes perform topsets with a single set RIR backoff. Regardless we are not performing the traditional 5x5 or 3x8 etc The result is steady gains. Healthy bodies. RECOVERY
