The The Old Library & Re_Thrindle put on a great "Upcycle your Garment" session last night! Community members and UWE Bristol students learned how to re-style & alter unworn clothes into something new. This is part of the Royal Academy of Engineering funded repair and making focused MAKERS project.

The MAKERS team are looking forward to supporting the Story Circles events in St Paul's over the next three weeks. Today, we will be teaming up with LITTERARTI, who will be delivering a workshop on creating art from litter. It's a free event, so do drop by if you're free!

Today, the MAKERS project held a repair skills day to mark the return of its monthly Repair Café. Workshop participants learned how to solder and mend. The Bristol Bike Project also helped our staff and students get their bikes ready and safe to ride for the new academic year.
