👀Seminars on Open Science👀: HEAL-Link organized,with great success, at Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης the first series of Seminars on Open Science, on February 10, 11, and 12, with Panagiotis Kavouras as a lecturer. 👉A total of almost 100 members of AUTh’s academic community attended!👈

These last days the seminars on Open Science, organized by the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link (HEAL-Link) (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/), “travelled” to two more Greek Universities:

👉 On Wednesday and Thursday, 26 and 27 March, at the Library and Information Centre of the University of Ioannina (lib.uoi.gr/en/)

👉 On Thursday, 3 April, at the Library & Info Centre of the University of Macedonia (lib.uom.gr/index.php/en/)

At the 7th of April, the seminars on Open Science, organized by HEAL-Link (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/), “travelled” to the University of Piraeus. Many-many thanks to the Academic Library of the University (lib.unipi.gr/iguana/www.mai…) for the support 🙏🏽!

It was a pleasure to present, at ENRIO spring meeting that took place last week, the progress we are making in Greece with the organisation of seminars on responsible open science and research integrity that is coordinated by HEAL-Link.

The ENRIO Spring meeting (Oslo, 23-25 April) provided, as always, a space for collegial interaction and sharing of experiences and cemented our shared understanding of what steps must be taken by ENRIO in the following months. Many thanks to the local organisers!

Last week, on the 6th of May, the seminars on Open Science, organized by the Hellenic Academic Libraries Link - HEAL-Link (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/), were hosted by the Ionian University, Ionian University (ionio.gr/en/).

It was the ninth Greek University that hosted the seminars; 14 seminars have been organised, since mid February 2025!

Last week, on the 16th of May, we had the pleasure to find ourselves at the Library and Information Center (library.upatras.gr/english/) of the University of Patras (upatras.gr/en/) to deliver one more seminar on Open Science, provided by HEAL-Link (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/).

We were very happy 🤸🏼 to learn that the abstract we submitted to the ENRIO2025 Congress on Research Integrity Practice (enrio2025.si), entitled "Walking the talk about Open Science and Research Integrity in Greece", was accepted for oral presentation!

We will present our experiences from the series of seminars on Open Science, organized by HEAL-Link (heal-link.gr/en/home-3/) with Panagiotis Kavouras as the presenter, which have already been delivered to ten Greek universities 🗺️ with 15 separate presentations.🌞
