The Upper Derwent, Borrowdale. The wandering section has multiple flowing channels despite the dry weather. The engineered reach lower down is perched and all water has seeped out of the channel. These modified reaches are an ecological disaster, worse than the largest weir.

We are very dog friendly at Envirotech, but we now have a tribe of #spaniels 😀
