#VegaC launch update: During standard launch preparations, there was a mechanical issue preventing the withdrawal of the mobile gantry and the launch chronology was stopped. The launcher and its passenger Copernicus EU #Sentinel1 C satellite are in stable and safe conditions.

While we wait for the Vega-C launch, some pictures from yesterday. Copernicus #Sentinel1 C is sitting tight at the top of the 35-m tall rocket, ready for next attempt!

Tonight the Copernicus EU #Sentinel1 C satellite will take to the skies aboard the Vega-C #VV25 rocket. We are ready!

The Vega-C launcher carrying Copernicus EU #Sentinel1 C is now space-bound! The rocket will place the satellite in a Sun-synchronous orbit at an altitude around 690 km. #VV25
