Happy to share our new article on ion dehydration Journal of Membrane Science - a key phenomenon governing ion-ion selectivity in membranes. We found some strong indications of dehydration, which becomes more feasible when higher temperatures or pressures are applied. sciencedirect.com/science/articlโฆ

We invite you to check up our new critical review paper in Environmental Science & Technology Journals, in collaboration with Tony Straub, on the application of the famous transition-state theory to explore molecular mechanisms of transport and selectivity in NF and RO membranes. pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10โฆ

Please check our new publication in Desalination discussing how enthalpy-entropy compensation (EEC) restricts ion-ion selectivity in salt-rejecting membranes. EEC has been documented in other fields and arguments exist weather it is real or a phantom. authors.elsevier.com/a/1fbLv2jQ26S3f

Congratulations to our MSc student Mor Avidar on winning the excellent poster award in the Graduate Student Conference on Water Research in Israel Technion Israel.

I was honored to receive last week in the ACS Spring Meeting in San Diego the James J. Morgan Early Career Award. Thank you Environmental Science & Technology Journals for the nice recognition.
