🥂We’re delighted to announce that the Engineering Apprentice of the Year is Morgan Norcross, Rolls-Royce SMR! Morgan has been awarded this because of her passion for STEM and her efforts to increase awareness around menopause and creating supportive work cultures #ETAwards24 🥇

🏆Congratulations to the Engineering Student of the Year, Kailey Firmin. Kailey is the deserving winner for juggling her successful project contribution with full time work and study, training as an engineer, being a mum and being Profoundly Deaf and dyslexic #ETAwards24 🏅

🥂The Engineering Returner of the Year winner is Helen Povey, Ørsted! The judges recognise that Helen successfully returned back into her profession and is now permanently employed. Helen encourages others to return to STEM and is an advocate for work/life balance #ETAwards24 🏆
