Governor Evers must follow state law and return his illegal $170 million slush fund to the state's treasury. My new bill will make him do that. These funds belong to the people of Wisconsin, and deserve proper oversight through the normal, legal legislative process.

A bill I authored to support homeownership for younger Wisconsinites passed the Senate this week. SB 84 would eliminate the real estate transfer fee when a grandparent passes their home to a grandchild. This simple change helps Wisconsin families pass their homes on more

It's National Emergency Medical Services Week! Proud to support Northeast Wisconsin's EMS departments by voting for the largest funding increase ever for local services, like EMS, in our most recent State Budget.

State law is clear: Governor Evers is committing a misdemeanor for every week he refuses to return his illegal $170 million slush fund. My bill will do what the Governor refuses to do, follow the law, and put this money back under legislative oversight.

The War Memorial Center is a living tribute to the service and sacrifice of Wisconsin's veterans, and hosts programs on veterans issues for over 200,000 people a year. Thanks to Rep. Tony Kurtz for joining me in support of their important mission. nbc26.com/news/state/vet…

Today on Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the courage of the men and women in our armed forces who didn't return home. May we be eternally grateful for their sacrifice.

Testified on my bill to shut down Governor Evers' illegal $170 million slush fund before the Senate Government Ops committee today. State law is clear: These funds cannot be set aside for the Governor to spend in any way he wishes - they need to be returned to the Legislature.

Governor Evers needs to hand over his illegal $170 million fund from interest collected on federal Covid dollars. Statute is very clear - this money must be returned to the state treasury, not kept as a slush fund under the control of a single person.

I've been inside GBCI and I have seen first-hand just how bad things are inside GBCI. It needs to close. In the budget, I'm fighting to close GBCI while ensuring we don't release violent criminals into our communities. fox11online.com/news/state/wis…
