We’ve broken ground on the 69th Street Apartments. This new 130-unit development will provide 100% affordable housing. This project is a major step forward in creating more housing stability for families, students, and working people in our community.

It’s official, the Railyards project is moving forward. After years of planning and persistence, we’re bringing new  jobs, a brand-new neighborhood, and a world-class @sacrepublicfc stadium to the Railyards that have sat vacant for decades.

The physical abuse of Sen. Padilla is beyond outrageous and unamerican. With complete disregard to the constitutional rights he was exercising for the voters by asking questions and seeking answers of our Government. If a Senator can’t question the government, no citizen can.

Construction is complete at the 59th Street and 2nd Ave intersection in Tahoe Park. After working with neighbors and the Public Works department, a problematic intersection now has safety enhancements that improve pedestrian access in the neighborhood.
