It’s a simple concept & easy to calculate! The % of normal glomeruli (ie not involved by crescents/necrosis or segmental/global sclerosis) correlates with outcomes in ANCA-GN. ⬆️ % of normal glomeruli (⬆️ score) better the outcomes & recovery potential! kireports.org/article/S2468-…
