Last night was my daughter’s final track meet of her HS career & she finished with 2 big PRs in the mile and her leg of the 4x800 relay. So proud of her!! Today, she does 2 performances in the choral program’s May Fiesta! All the lasts are making me emotional. 💛

I had a nice, low-key Mother’s Day on Sun w/ my mom and my daughters. Emma made me a lemon pie and we gardened together all evening! On Sat, my youngest had her final big choir program. 💛 Been back to work on things today with #editing & biz, but getting out for walk later. 😁

I ended up wanting to walk even though I was hot, so I still did my just shy of 4-miles walk around the country roads. My knee didn’t love the humidity but I made it. I love seeing all the wildflowers! 💛

Yesterday, we celebrated my youngest daughter’s 18th birthday! We set-up a Monet’s water lilies theme for dinner & I decorated this cake for her (which was homemade banana, her choice). It was lovely; she is lovely! Can’t believe she’s not still 5. 😭🫶🏼🪷
