Our board was this morning joined by Eskom Hld SOC Ltd board for an engagement with UEGCL board to discuss issues of mutual interest. Eskom Uganda will hand over Nalubaale and Kiira power stations next week as the concession comes to its natural end.

UEGCL Board of Directors chaired by Eng. Proscovia Njuki had an engagement with teams from Eskom Uganda Limited & Eskom Hld SOC Ltd Board & Management. The 20-year concession comes to an end on 31st March, Eskom will hand over Nalubaale - Kiira power stations to UEGCL for operations & maintenance.
