Very helpful video—used this technique for a difficult LBBA in a patient with large atria and dilated heart where I just didn’t have enough reach with the C315. Great results! And prefer it to using the deflectable sheath. #EPeeps

More evidence that we should avoid retrograde ablation when possible and favor a transseptal approach. STROKE-VT had a signal here too. I’ve become a convert to Stereotaxis for my left sided PVC ablations for this reason. Safety first! #EPeeps
