Testing the power draw of the new LED fittings that are being installed around @RDEhospitals against the removed old compact fluorescents to check that the new LEDs are actually more energy efficient than the old ones (they are!). #sustainableRDE

And final one for Valued Team Member... a member of the RDE_Estates who was nominated for his friendly and smiling attitude and always going above and beyond and the extra mile without being asked!🌟

Final adjustments, to the mm, before the CHP lands in its spot for the next 15yrs, all it took was a lorry, a crane, a forklift, loads of guys in high vis and about 2.5yrs of meetings, papers and plans. Well done team. #SustainableRDE @RDEhospitals

and lastly we have a member of RDE_Estates who was nominated for Outstanding Leader for the lead role he has taken in the assisted intern programme helping students gain experience within the NHS. 🌟

The next team nominated are the RDE_Estates Shift Specialists - this team are on call 24/7 maintaining services across the RD&E site but also the wider Devon Community sites, working behind the scenes dealing with issues so we can all continue to carry out our daily tasks! 🌟
