Check out this amazing study on a covalent UBE2D recruiter for TPD applications by my great buddy Nafsika Forte! Wonderful work by all involved!

So happy that I could contribute to this cool story and be a part of one fantastic team! Do you have a binder for your favourite protein? You’re a couple of steps away from having a molecular glue degrader too!

So thrilled to finally share our story in ACS Central Science on our transplantable covalent handle to rationally design molecular glue degraders! Fantastic work done by James Papatzimas, Daniela DankovĆ”, Dan Nomura and the lab, and Novartis Science! Congrats to all involved!

In our latest preprint, we used SuFEx chemistry on solid phase for a quick and easy library synthesis of HDACis: doi.org/10.26434/chemr… This was a fun project started by Michael BƦk and developed by Tobias NĆørby Hansen and I, with great help from Erasmus student Linda Grlas! 1/8

Check out this amazing preprint from the lab of Dan Nomura, where Melissa Lim, Thang Do Cong, and a brilliant team discovered a transplantable covalent DCAF16 recruiter for rationally synthesizing monovalent degraders against a diverse array of protein targets!
