Yr 11 BG Cup Final vs King Henry 🏉 An incredible result from our boys, winning 31-10 in what was their last Yr 11 game for the school. A great performance from everyone, putting everything on the line. The whole school couldn’t be any prouder of you! 👏🏻🏆

Great game of rugby today for our Yr 7s which saw us take the win. Huge thank you to PE_BFS for coming down and being a part of an end-to-end game 🏉 Seeing 2 new faces play their first ever game of rugby was the highlight, hopefully this can continue in the future 👏🏻

Our annual sports day has come & gone, this time for Yrs 7 & 8. It was great to see so many pupils participating, with many doing multiple events. Also, a huge thank you to all the form tutors, staff and our Yr 9 & 10 helpers for ensuring a successful sports day! Da iawn all👏🏻

A huge well done to our Yr 9 pupils who became this year’s Sports Leaders, trained by Aneurin Leisure Sports Development to support 3-16 events! They helped deliver multiple lower school sporting festivals, including netball, cricket & athletics to Yrs 3-6. Da iawn all, incredible role models👏🏻

As this year comes to an end, we would like to show an appreciation to those who have gone above and beyond in Health & Wellbeing. These pupils have shown exceptional dedication and pride in their work, along with being incredible role models to all 3-16 pupils. Da iawn all👏🏻

A new academic year and our Yr 8 rugby boys started off strong with a win over Ebbw Fawr 3-16🏉 In what was an open, free-flowing game saw some great rugby played both teams along with some great tries scored. A strong defensive shift saw Abertillery Learning Community win 26-0, da iawn boys👏🏻

It’s great to see our extra-curricular football club growing in numbers every week!⚽️ Both boys and girls from across KS3 & KS4 attending, improving their football skills along the way. Da iawn all👏🏻
