Great to be training on the track again! Worked on handoffs and a lowkey 400. Cold out there today but I felt good.

I graduated yesterday from Architech Sports! SO ready for Outdoor Season! 💪💪💪 my mom made the cookies for Dougie

So happy to be back on the track. First 100m since May and it went ok! New school record in the 4x400. 6 months since surgery, so I’m just getting started…💪

Let’s make it 3 next year…I’m going to do my part. 💪💪💪

Finally snuck in a 400 this year. 7 months post hip surgery and I felt like I had a lot more in me. It’s about time…💪 going into Regionals as the top seed. I have been working hard for this comeback. Let’s GO.

Thank you to Tripp Roakes for a truly great evening last night at the Greater Charlotte Area track and field awards. I won last year for Sprinter and this year I won for middle distance. So honored! Thank you!
