I think its very important for this "industry" to understand all the problems that still exist with aftercare and horse welfare- everyone is trying including the Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance and so many in the "industry"- I think its time for a United front of everyone including the big

Repole Stable I suggest you write one big fucking check and offer to double it if the other "entities" join in. And I MEAN a BIG FUCKING CHECK. Replace TAA yourself. And The Jockey Club automatically revokes registration to anyone who refuses to help a horse they bred.

Repole Stable Go big on the same concept as the Thoroughbred Makeover - Set aside 1% of all purse money to go to a series of 8-10 regional Shows/Events and a final Workd Show with big purses exclusively for former race horses. NCHA and others have it figured out,$$$ talks

Repole Stable You could 💯 fund Thoroughbred aftercare in the US—and the Standardbreds too if you wanted.

🚨 THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE 🚨 @JockeyClub NTRA IFAR Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance Paulick Report More Thoroughbreds dumped at kill pens No traceability No safety net No retirement fund No accountability No transparency This industry is broken The time is NOW to fix it

"Pat Cummings and I, through the NTA, gave the Jockey Club and one of their Stewards, our findings and a path to self-fund and transform aftercare." Repole Stable is path you laid out for them anywhere we can see it? If we all knew what it was...I'm sure many would be happy to

nancy mulkern Nancy, not sure who was the last person to dump him but there was an ad for him back in the day at one time for $10,000 as an Eventer. This horse more than did what was asked of him. How many hands has he passed through? Where was his safety net at the end of the line? So tired

“The bill would increase taxes on foundations & nonprofits & disincentivize charitable giving..When tornadoes strike or floodwaters rise in Kentucky, it’s local charitable nonprofits that mobilize early..working hand in hand with 1st responders” kentuckylantern.com/2025/06/16/non… Kentucky Lantern || bsky @kentuckylantern.com

Jenine Sahadi When the industry decides that it’s had enough and this is unacceptable. Right now those who can force change pretended it’s not a problem. They said they wouldn’t pay the extortion anymore so they stopped. TBs still end up in these situations and are helped by random people,

The Bridge Sanctuary Rehoming horses is great and all but it sickens me that organizations like yours are left to beg on sm! The model for rescue is broken! This is an industry wide problem that needs to be addressed after decades of failure. Where is the leadership on this? Non existent apparently
