I am still on Earth with my rover but we will soon join other amazing @ESA space missions listed in this image.I hope to do as well as my glorious predecessors and to have the opportunity to work much longer than planned in the nominal ESA_ExoMars mission! #Soho is my reference!

Parachutes to be used for my Exomars Rover landing on Mars are currently tested in Kiruna (Sweden). I hope the tests will be positive so I will be less scared about the landing phase which is not the most quite part of the journey to Mars !

My rover's driller won't go so deep to touch it but good to learn about the Mars core and its size from NASA InSight !

Nice papers about the non detection at trace levels of many reduced molecules in Mars atmosphere with ExoMars orbiter ! I hope to find plenty of them in the soil samples to be collected by my Exomars Rover !

Wow nice test done with the twin of Exomars Rover European Space Agency estec to map the terrain with the rover's cameras. It will be very important to understand the geological context of the places where samples will be collected by the driller.

☄️ Planetary Image of the Day #PIOD comes from Mars! The ExoMars CaSSIS/ExoMars orbiter imaged bright white carbon dioxide frost in a crater wall in Alba Mons, #Mars. The frost disappears in spring, but remains late on these scarps because of their orientation 📸 European Space Agency/РОСКОСМОС

Today is the second day of the 4th simulation of ESA_ExoMars rover operations with the ALD instruments at work, including myself. With ExoMars Raman (RLS) and #Micromega we found interesting materials in the rock analysed. I wish it would be real measurements on Mars...

This week #ROCC participated to the #RSOWG Simulation4, involving about 140 scientists remotely connected from Europe,Russia,US. Two days of strategic activities dedicated to #ALD Combined Science, in preparation for actual Rosalind Franklin mission ESA_ExoMars Thales Alenia Space

Congrats to NASA Webb Telescope for its successfull launch with an Arianespace rocket. Good trip to L2 point ! I hope to travel next year in space as well on my way to Mars !

I won't leave to Mars this year as planned. I will gently wait with my ESA_ExoMars rover a few more years and better times but be sure I am ready !
