Firstly, we hear from Mike Wordingham from RNIB who is speaking about a recent public consultation into the 10 Year Plan. Mike speaks about the need for improved connectivity, improved advise and guidance and the need to streamline referrals. #APPGEHVI

Next, we hear from Sam Fox, a patient with lived experience who tells a moving story, she talks about the need to tackle the barriers facing blind people in their day to day life and the need for an accessible information standard.

Dilani Siriwardena from Royal College of Ophthalmologists talks about the importance of moving forwards prevention, integration and the need for more training of opportunities for people in the sector.

Finally, Shockat Adam MP speaks about his experience as an optometrist, he speaks about the importance of prevention in the sector, raising awareness for the difficulties facing blind and partially sighed people and the need for the Government to take action on this.
