Led by FAO Innovation & Ministry of Innovation and technology Ethiopia, it aims to transform agrifood systems through inclusive, evidence-based policymaking. Integrating IPL with ETH’s Startup Policy to support agritech startups & youth-led innovation.

Over 2 days, the #InnovationPolicyLabs (IPL) in Addis Ababa, supported by FAO Innovation & Ministry of Innovation and technology Ethiopia & brought together policymakers, researchers & startups, exploring evidence-based policymaking for agrifood systems. With funding from Sida, Food and Agriculture Organization supports mitigating the negative impacts of anticipated drought on vulnerable pastoral communities in Oromia & Somali regions, Ethiopia. Key actions: Animal vaccination & treatment, training animal health workers & #CAHWs & distributing animal feed.
