Back from being away to have finally received our 10th league winners trophy from winning last seasons Walton & Kirkdale under 13 league and also the lads won their 11th league title on Saturday by winning the Liverpool Summer under 14 league.

If you're a 11v11 junior grassroots team you may as well pack in until there's a serious restructure by the Liverpool FA & the Leagues. Unless you're playing at one of the Partner Clubs you will rarely if ever get to use a 3G pitch whilst paying to use an unplayable grass pitch.

Unbelievable result from the lads today beating a Premier Division side in the last 16 of the @livoldboys Centenary Cup.

10 wins out of 10 in all @livoldboys competitions in 2024 for the team. Highlight being beating Huyton Stanley FC 3 divisions above us and top of the Premier League. First season playing open age for the lads with the majority being only 18/19.

I've never understood why when some players leave a team their parents decide not to return their old kit. It's not like they can wear it anymore and also sometimes prevents another child from having a kit.
