Tonight the ladies visited Penybont ladies for the annual Penybont cup for the second year in a row. A great game of football, a 6-2 win for Berriew secured the trophy. 🏆

NEW SIGNING: Also joining the playing staff this season is former Welshpool, Cefn Druids and Isle of Man National team goalkeeper Grant Dawson. In addition to his coaching role, veteran “Daws” will provide backup in the goalkeeping department!

We are delighted to announce the signing of Tom Davies from fellow Central Wales League North side Abermule. The 23 yr old former Shrewsbury Town and Newtown youngster is undoubtedly one of the best midfielders in the league and strengthens us to push for honours this year

TRANSFER NEWS: We are delighted to announce the return of Joe Haycock from JD Cymru North side Guilsfield. He Scored 86 goals in 112 games in tier 3 during his previous spell, earning him a move to tier 2 where he played regularly for the last 3 seasons. Welcome back Joe 🔥

NEW SIGNING: A 7th addition for the Rhiewsiders, with the signing of keeper Ryan Edkins. The 29 year old returns to the club after a spell out of the game, strengthening the goalkeeping department. Edkins made 66 apps & kept 20 clean sheets in his last spell at the club.
