Excited to share our latest publication in Radiology! We validated the use of nacVI-RADS criteria for assessing muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) response to neoadjuvant therapies. pubs.rsna.org/doi/epdf/10.11…

Key points: ✅ mpMRI is the most accurate tool for response evaluation. ✅ High NPV for residual MIBC (93%–98%). ✅ Substantial interreader agreement for nacVI-RADS. ✅ VI-RADS remains effective in determining the presence of MIBC, even in the post-therapy setting.

Our results support the adoption of standardized scoring systems for MRI-based assessment of MIBC after neoadjuvant therapies. However, we also observed notable variation in readers' performance based, highlighting the need for further refinement of assessment criteria after TURB
