Together with @nordenfacket and DGB - Deutscher Gewerkschaftsbund we organised a workshop in #Oslo on pay equity. Good presentations and interesting discussions. #lönheladagen (Pay all day) is an association of women's organisations, trade unions and political women's associations that annually translates the pay gap between women and men as a percentage into minutes in a day. Today we find out what this year's pay gap looks like.

Today, the #lönheladagen association revealed the annual pay gap, which is unchanged from last year! Efforts to close the gap continue with initiatives such as promoting equal pay legislation & pay transparency, reducing education & career gaps and challenging gender stereotypes.

Today, we celebrate the women´s achievements, acknowledge the continuing struggles and strive for equality around the world. In our work, we are constantly confronted with these issues. Let us all contribute to achieving gender equality. #InternationalWomensDay
