Our campsite construction at our #BaomahunGoldProject is progressing rapidly - with the first phase slated for completion by Dec 2023. We're proud to have a #localfirst approach to employment, engaging local contractors and communities to construct our new 200-man camp.

⭐️Employee Spotlight ⭐️ Meet Hannah, our Geology Assistant. Joining FG Gold in October 2021, she performs a wide range of tasks in the geology department from sampling to density measurements and is an indigene of the Baomahun Village which hosts our #BaomahunGoldProject.

We have upgraded the 64km Matotoka Road as part of early works for the #BaomahunGoldProject. Running from Matotoka through Yele to Mongeri, the road was completed by local contractors and will provide crucial site access for the construction and operation of the project.

The Baomahun Market Women Association supplies fresh produce to our kitchen every week, which are transformed into nutritious meals for our workers. Supporting social enterprises like this provide women with an opportunity to improve their livelihood through entrepreneurship!
