Why is it difficult for analysts and observers to understand that refugees who are sent to Rwanda by the UN & countries: 1. Are free to leave if they choose to. 2. Do actually leave when they choose to. 3. Can settle and live there freely if they choose to, and some have. 🤷🏽‍♀️
