February is kindness month and random acts of kindness continue throughout the intermediate. Reading Power teacher, Mrs. Schulze was Friday’s recipient and 5th grade teacher, Mrs. Wallis was selected today. Both teachers chose a gift card to Queen Anne’s Lace. 🖤💛🖤💛

Tuesday’s recipient of another random act of kindness went to 6th grade teacher, Mr. Burgert! There is no denying, Mr. Burgert was excited to receive a gift card to Main & Mill restaurant! 🖤💛🖤💛

Students at FIS have been playing Kindness Bingo this month. Each day a bingo chip, or act of kindness, is drawn. Students are challenged to perform that act of kindness throughout the day. Mrs. Tate’s 5th grade class got BINGO yesterday and a candy bar to celebrate! 🖤💛🖤💛
