Our agency congratulates Dispatcher Kayla Read for receiving the Eveyln Williams Memorial Award during the Florida Missing Children’s Day Formal Ceremony, recognizing an unsung hero who made major contributions to the safety and protection of Florida’s children.

In Miami-Dade, FHP Troopers were able to locate and arrest two individuals dealing with over $160,000 worth of stolen goods including 36 refrigerators and six pallets of Bath & Body Works product. The drugs consist of 39lbs of marijuana, 3.2 kilos of cocaine, and other narcotics.
