At #UNOC3 in Nice, I had the pleasure of meeting FM Jean-Noël Barrot. We explored new opportunities for 🇻🇳🤝🇫🇷 cooperation in cybersecurity, aerospace, transportation, and energy. I also reaffirmed 🇻🇳’s support for 🇫🇷’s initiatives addressing non-traditional security challenges.

Had the opportunity to catch up with 🇳🇿 FM Winston Peters at #UNOC2025 in Nice. Our focus: expanding🇻🇳🇳🇿 cooperation across trade, education, ASEAN–🇳🇿 ties, and a resilient, rules-based Indo-Pacific. We also reinforced joint support for regional and multilateral cooperation. 🌊🌏

Honored to co-chair Ocean Action Panel 5 with Minister Marija Vučković of 🇭🇷 at #UNOC3. This issue sits at the heart of food security, livelihoods, and ocean health. 🇻🇳’s fisheries policy aims to balance conservation, livelihoods, and sustainable economic growth.
