4: CONSISTENCY Winning is not a "sometimes" thing. Winning is a lifestyle - it is a daily choice. Winning programs know that in order to win in the long term, you have to “Win Every Day.” Consistency comes from the coaching staff, the system, and the culture. It matters.

5: LEADERSHIP Finally, Leadership Matters. A lot. Player-Led Teams Win. And leaders are the "Gatekeepers" of the program culture. Great Coaches: - Build leaders each year and every day. - Have a systemic plan for leadership. This is why I created the Team Leader OS.
