Yesterday, union and Community College of Philadelphia faculty members delivered a letter urging CCP’s board Board Chair Harold Epps to unfreeze the much needed faculty hiring lines that were approved months ago! We went to one of his offices: Diversified Search Group. (Bellevue Strategies, LLC is another)

Our members bargained for and won 8 new Counselor and Advisor positions that our Community College of Philadelphia students needed— but this was to be *in addition* to much needed hires in English, Nursing, Photographic Imaging and Art & Design not in some bait and switch bad faith bargaining trade.

How are our members, our students, and our city supposed to trust Community College of Philadelphia management when they fail to honor their agreements? Their public statements are contradicted by their actions and others statements they have made to our union in writing. #bargainingforthecommongood
