Day 2 of the FPM Spring Study Symposium, focusing on Back Pain, was opened this morning by Mr Joshua Rutnagur delivering a brilliant talk on the biomechancis of back pain.

Our second talk of the day was by Jen Bridle, who gave us a great insight into the assessment of chronic back pain.

Dr Anastasia Gontsarova talks to us about imaging back pain at the FPM Spring Study Symposium.

Mr Gerry Cousins delivers his talk on Surgical Management of Back Pain.

We were honoured to hear Prof Amanda Williams talk on psychological treatment for low back pain.

Our last speaker of the morning was Selina Johnson who gave a brilliant talk on physical therapy for back pain.

It was fantastic to hear from Dr Ganesan Baranidharan, who spoke this afternoon on Injections for non radicular low back pain.

Our event lead for the Spring Study Symposium, Dr Dev Srivastava delivered a brilliant talk on Injections for spinal radicular pain. Thank you Dev!

Our penultimate talk was from Dr Sarah Love-Jones on Neuromodulation in radicular back pain –spinal cord stimulation.

The final talk of Day 2 of the FPM Spring Study Symposium was presented by one of our event leads Dr Craig Montgomery, who spoke on Neuromodulation in chronic mechanical low back pain. Huge thanks to Dr Montgomery!
