9. Nick Heiting, Falls-214 Only around for 17 innings this year but plans to play full in 2020 with hopes to contribute. Good, not great. Versatile, playing 10 all-star games in 3 divisions at 5 different positions. Likely sitting in the Top 5 in active LOL hits. Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

8. Pat Tobiasz, Blue Sox-218 PT is a legend at Whitewater and in Lakes. There are very few hitters in this league that stay productive past 40. The dedication he has to the game and the mentorship he provides to young players on how to play the game is impressive. Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

Please respect the temporary delay in releasing player number 7. Some questions have arose regarding PED use and a potential adjustment to eligible hit numbers for 5 players in the top 7. Tragic I know. Could be a big blow to the league 🤔

10. Taylor Koth, WB-210 It’s really unfair that the West Bend lineup is so good that Koth has moved from leadoff to the back half of the lineup in recent seasons because he is one of the best hitters in the West. 31 hits in 2017 was 1 behind the leader. Consistent. Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

6. Adam Rohlinger, WB-229 Since 2009 Adam has walked 202 times. Lowest season was 14. Career OBP through the roof. Near perennial Ironman who has been doing it well since the WB Spirits days. Imagine how high the hit total is if pitchers would throw him strikes? Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

5. Derek Nelson, OC-243 The fiveos.com website hasn’t been updated lately but you can see enough of how dominant Derek has been over the years. A guy who is consistent, reliable, and has been a great hitter for a long time on some really good LOL teams. Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

4. Scott Booth, Bulldogs-246 Over 20 hits all but one of the past 10 years. Gap to gap power. Gamer. Intimidating presence to the younger players who get scared of a first baseman who is not only big in stature but won’t talk, smile, or acknowledge their presence. 3. Kris Franzen, Bulldogs-263 Once considered the closest to a 5 tool player LOL had, he may still hold that distinction in his late 30’s. A constant threat and a driving force behind several great Bulldogs teams. If not for a temp move that cost games would be #1 Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

2. Billy Bynum, WB-271 If a MLB scout had only attended LOL all-star games over the past decade, Bynum would probably have a contract. Has a swing that looks effortless and can hit balls a mile. Great athlete, frequent golf outing winner, and all around great guy. Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

1. Seth Kroenke, Sussex-274 Seth is with about 99% certainty the active leader in hits in the LOL. Been doing things well for a long time with multiple .400 seasons at at least 1 .500 season. Well respected throughout the league for playing the game with integrity Land O' Lakes Baseball and Fastpitch Leagues

0. While the active list is done, there have been some talented hitters who have retired over the last decade. None better than Ripon College hall of famer Jeff Rhoads who amassed more than 30 hits each year from 09-15. Even with 3 years off, he still is 4th in hits over the span

Astros players from the World Series team should ALL face suspensions. If Altuve and Bregman were wired up, their ban should be lifetime. Others who have done much less “cheating” have had the book thrown at them. Debate
