Native banksias were long thought to be pollinated by honeyeater birds & small mammals. But a team of scientists, led by La Trobe PhD candidate Stanislaw Wawrzyczek, has found the first evidence for an Australian plant being primarily pollinated by rodents! latrobe.edu.au/news/articles/…
