Yesterday our Ladies with Livestock braved the wet and windy weather to visit a fell pony herd near Tebay. Libby from Fell Pony Heritage Trust led the walk and told us lots of interesting facts about the native breed.

Tonight the farming team are attending a Lake District Foundation Nutrient Management event for the farmers and landowners in the Windermere catchment. The #FiPL funded project has been focusing on soil health and reducing nutrient runoff within the area.
