Happy before and happy after the race. Fantastic Season for the ladies finishing 7th in one of the toughest state meets.

Mariah gets All State finishing 24th overall. Started smart, stayed strong and had a great finish.

Kenzy setting the tone for our team, getting out in sub 6 for the first mile.

Sophie having one of her best races of her season when it matters most! Can’t ask for anything more.

Lilly and Brylee have been our back up all season. Always giving their best. You never know when you’ll need help; Brylee stepped up big at sections to secure the victory.

Mari had a great race, it’s not easy to run your fastest in the state meet but she almost did it.

Congratulations, Boys Cross Country, on your Academic Gold Award! Boys FHS Boys & Girls XC earned the gold status with a 3.82 GPA! Mason Sullivan also recognized as Academic All-State with a top-15 Section 1 AAA finish and a 3.75+ GPA! #WeAre192

Due to the air quality todays Summer XC practice is cancelled, we will get back after it on Monday 5:30 at Akin Elementary.

FHS Boys & Girls XC ladies open up the season ranked 5th with a win over #7 Duluth East and #8 Centennial at the Twin Ports Invite in Duluth. Next week we take on 26 schools at the St Olaf Showcase Thursday Aug 31.

Never will ⁦FHS Boys & Girls XC⁩ have a trio like the ‘Freshies’. Mari, Mackenzy, and Mariah all signing their letters of intent this morning. They have been a large part of 6 section titles, 3 conference titles and 3 conference runner up finishes.
