It’s insane how much I now know compared to a year ago. Residency is one day at a time but you’d be surprised what it all amount to at the end

As a general rule, don’t take jobs from politicians you have consistently called unfit. If your criticism was honest, it would mean you are betraying your own principles. If it was strategic, their party people would never trust you or allow you work effectively anyway.

People that should be begging people to join and legitimize them want to screen people better than them for suitability. That is the madness of the whole thing. Na dem sabi. We are in court.

On 7/1/2023, I was officially promoted to Associate Professor of Neurology at University of Kentucky College of Medicine. It is an honor that I worked hard to achieve since I joined the faculty in 2018. Grateful for supportive Dept Chair Larry Goldstein, MD and supportive UKentucky Neurology Residency colleagues. #NeuroTwitter

Had a great time at the 2024 Annual meeting of American Academy of Neurology. We (Sally Mathias, MD , Divya Menghani) presented a poster of an unusual contralateral central-type facial palsy in a patient with pontomedullary stroke. I also got to meet old friends and make new ones! #AANAM UKentucky Neurology Residency
