Low-risk severe AS has similar, stable 5-yr hemodynamics post TAVR & #SAVR. At 5 yrs, #TAVR ➡️ less frequent low-flow state, lower Zva, better RV function, & no adverse outcomes for any degree of 30-d AR or pacemaker. jacc.org/doi/10.1016/j.… #JACCIMG #vhdAS #cvEcho

Clopidogrel is typically recommended in dual antithrombotic therapy with SAPT and a DOAC in AF patients undergong PCI. This study suggests that aspirin might also be a good option.
