Abundant cercariform cells in a urothelial carcinoma – elongated cells with bulbous bodies and unipolar, cytoplasmic fluke-like tails can be a helpful clue to the diagnosis of transitional cell neoplasms (like in this case where the main ddx was renal versus urothelial origin).
