One thing I’ve found that work wonders with athletes is to exaggerate a feeling. This guy was consistently losing power in his bottom half from his knee collapsing. After multiple drills to feel it in position we brought it to the mound. (1/2)

Post 3 wins both games of the doubleheader today against Utica Post 9 by finals scores of 3-1 and 11-9. Another double dip with Ottawa post 63 at there place. Good job men.

All High school players need to understand there is nothing wrong with playing JUCO baseball and letting your body, mind and skills improve. And the education costs are cut in half. I cannot like this tweet any more emphatically.

Post 3 Dropped the first game of the Ottawa Tawa Run classic to Van Wert 4-3, but then stormed back to win 4 straight games and avenge the opening loss of the tournament by beating Van Wert in the championship game. Great team effort fellas. Our record moves 7-4

Huge 1-0 victory today over a really talented Troy American legion team, great pitching performance by Kaleb with the complete game shut out. Great job men, back at it tomorrow against another great team. Keep up the same energy fellas.

So I want to start out by thanking our older guys Caden Lance Kaleb Ethan Canterbury for going to battle with us for the last few years. This time is never easy for us coaches, but we are very proud to have called you guys teammates and Post 3 family.

Tonight did not end in our favor as we lose a heartbreaker to one of the best legion programs in the state in the Napoleon Bandits. The 11 guys that fought, scratched and clawed their way at the end of the season made a lasting impression on me as a coach.

Keep working hard and being great teammates as you move forward thru your baseball careers.
