Loved being part of last nights BBC Proms The Glasshouse International Centre for Music. Stunning performances by Alena Baeva & Royal Northern Sinfonia and the wonderful Chorus of RoyalNorthernSinfonia who sang 'One Foot on Sea and One on Shore' beautifully to a very big crowd in the concourse beforehand! BRAVO 👍👍👍

This week I visited Lanercost Priory and Church for the very first time AND discovered Birdoswald Roman Fort on the way home 😍 A fine day out. Highly recommend! Only lived here for 50+ years!!!!
