We need to stop trying to remove all obstacles our athletes face and instead we need to teach them how to best navigate and continue forward. It’s not about assuring the road is flawless but assuring they know they are capable of continuing on the bumpy road.

In college we had to MAKE 300 shots a day. Taking out days for road trips, game days, off days etc. Let's say on average 240 days a year. 240*300= 72,000 made shots a year 72,000*5 yrs= 360,000 made shots during my career I took 561 in game shots during my entire career...
