Very poor customer service Alton Towers Resort - I have an Merlin Entertainment premium pass - I was told at customer services I would be able to que for a ticket as there was no need to pay to pre book but I may not get in. We decided to take the chance as we were staying nearby. 1of 2

2 of 2 Got the opportunity to get a ticket but wanted to charge me £5 for the entry - totally the opposite of what I was told yesterday! Why can you not give customers the correct information - it’s not hard!?!
