I am tremendously enjoying this BNI meeting in Japan. It feels great to be surrounded by scientists from around the world who are as passionate as I am in using biological nitrification inhibition to reduce N losses.

Can Turfgrass species be part of Climate smart Ag as wheat, maize, and sorghum. I think so! we should look for BNI in turfgrass species for cover cropping or as living much. Plus BNI producing turfgrass could be applied in many turfgrass established systems.

I ate at All Saints (Minneapolis) and asked if I could taste their sunchoke. OMG they were cooked like a German potato salad and were sooooo delicious.

Spending one of my last day in my favorite place in St Paul: The Como conservatory, it is free and magnificent. My fav greenhouse contains all the ferns.
